Terms of Use

- What Rodixa Play is. A media player and a device/licence management service. Rodixa Play does not provide, sell, host, index, curate or recommend any channels, films, series, playlists or subscriptions, and does not operate a content catalogue. No media content is included in or distributed with the app.
- Your sources. You add media sources (M3U playlists, Xtream-compatible servers, local files). You represent that you are authorised to access and play everything you add, and that you comply with the laws of your country and the terms of your providers. Rodixa has no relationship with your providers and no control over their content, availability or lawfulness.
- Licence. The app is licensed, not sold. A licence activates the app on one device for the term purchased (trial, term, or lifetime). Store purchases are governed by the store terms; licences for the direct-download version are governed by the operator sales terms. Refund: within 24 hours of purchase if the licence has not been applied to a device; once applied, a licence is non-refundable. Licences are not transferable except through operator support.
- Acceptable use. You may not use the app to infringe rights, to circumvent technical protection, to redistribute streams, or to resell the app without an agreement with the operator. The operator may suspend a licence used in breach of these terms.
- Sports guide. Fixtures and results are informational, provided by a licensed data provider (Football-Data.org) and may be delayed or incomplete. They are not an offer to watch anything and do not link to any stream.
- Updates and availability. The app may update itself (direct version) or through the store. The service may be interrupted for maintenance. The operator may withdraw features required by law or by platform policy.
- No warranty; limitation. The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for your sources, for third-party content, or for indirect damages. Your remedies are limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
- Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.
- Changes. Terms may change; continued use after notice in the app or on this site is acceptance.
